Just back from another hypnotherapy session. Bonkers as it sounds, I find it really works. I feel much more focused and motivated. It helps me concentrate and basically puts me in a better mood.
Still sneakily trying to multi-task but in general I find that working on one thing at any one time is more productive unless I’m on the bus or doing the ironing.
Hypno guy has agreed to continue with another session to help combat stress, particularly this time of year which I find somewhat tedious. We are also going to work on goal setting for the Masters and setting short term milestones that are achievable. Exchange basis which is good. Keeps me on my toes.
Still working on position paper, however, my position is getting more focused and stronger and one or two other minor tasks completed so ticks in all boxes. Onwards and upwards.
